1. Introduction and General Terms
The service we provide to our members is our predictions for coming Barclays FA Premier League Games. We tell you who we predict will win, our recommended bookie (best odds) and how much of your bankroll to place on each game.
There are no hidden fees, what you see is what you pay. If you buy a 1 - Month Pass you recieve our picks for every BFAPL game for that month.
We ask you to follow our recommendations closely in order to ensure you recieve the best ROI for your money. We understand you are paying a monthly fee for a reason, and we want you to make a good ROI so you keep coming back.
2. Can I request a Refund?
Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer a refund under any circumstances. Distance Selling Regulations 2000 outline that upon receipt of our service you are not entitled to a refund. We will consider extreme circumstances at our discretion and our decision is final.
3. How do You Communicate With Me?
We will communicate with you by email and by the News Feed on this site.
4. How do I Recieve Your Picks?
Our Picks are downloaded from the Members Area of this site.
5. When do You Send Out Your Picks?
Our picks are sent out to members on Thursday evenings (usually about 10:00pm GMT). The reason for this is we like to leave it as close to the start of the Football week as possible due to late fitness tests etc. However we also like to give you enough time to place your bets. Thats why Thursday is a good day.
6. Do You Guarantee I Win?
No, it is impossible to guarantee you will win every game, every week. People who promise this are liars, cheats and frauds. We pride ourselves on our honesty. We cannot guarantee you win every game, however by using our services we will put you on the right side of more games than you have ever been in you gambling life.
7.How do You Make Your Picks?
We study all available facts, stats, current form and historic matches. We then consider available news and use our industry knowledge to come to a decision. This works for us, commonly our weekly result is 7/10 games consistently. We use the same methods the Bookmakers use to set their odds - and use this to sucessfully bet on the results of football matches, combined with our knowledge of the teams and our combined 15 years of experience, we are unrivalled.
8. Why Dont You Tip on Other Leagues?
Becuase this is an industry of results. We believe that Quality is better than Quantity, our pundits have experience in the Premiership only, we do not tip of other leagues at present.
9. Do You Do FA Cup and Carling Cup Tips?
We do tip on the FA and Carling Cup when we are confident of the outcome and only when it is a match with a Premiership Team in the fixture. These tips are FREE to members and do not form part of our standard membership price. This is because there is no guarantee on the amount or frequency of these tips.
10. Do You Tip on International Tournaments?
No, however we intend to tip on other leagues, cups and competitions in the future.
