Q. Do I need to "join" your site?
No. You can view the free picks for free. No registration required. However, Registered members will be able to view extra free picks in their account area from time to time.
Q. How do I purchase picks?
You no longer have to, all picks on FootballAdvisers are now free!
Q. Can I contact the handicappers directly?
No. The handicappers do not receive mail or send out personal responses to customers.
Q. What time do you update you pages/selections?
Generally by 11PM the night prior to the game. So for example a game starting Saturday at 3PM will have the pick avaiable from 11PM Friday.
Q. Do the you release plays on every game everyday?
No. The key to winning with some consistency is quality, not quantity. Thus we release plays on games that we feel present the best value on a given day.
Q. Do you sell or trade any of my personal information?

Q. Do you get a "kickback" of any sort from Sportsbooks or any other advertising entity at this site?
Absolutely Not. We have no relationship with any Sportsbook, though the site does earn money via advertising and affiliate deals (That is how we keep the picks free)
Q. Can I change my User Name or Password?
Yes, upon login you always have that option.
Q. Why is my IP Address logged?
Fraud is an issue online and this allows us to protect ourselves from customers trying to perpetuate fraud.
Q. Do you know when I log into the site?
Yes. Every time you log in, we record that data, along with your IP Address to prevent customers from trying to commit fraud.
Q. Are selections guaranteed to win?
Absolutely not. There is no guarantee, direct or indirect, implied or otherwise, regarding the performance of our selections. The same goes for our short term and long term performance as well. Always form your own opinions when betting and never blindly follow our picks.
Q. Which is the best league/hottest league?
Check out the home page of the site to view current hot streaks, records, etc. of the various Leagues. You will also find information on their respective pages.
Q. What happened to the Customer Service Number?
Since the site has been offering free picks we no longer have a need for the customer service number. We are always here to via email though.
Q. Will the picks remain free from now on?
We have no plans to charge from now on.
Q. Is it true that the site changed owners?
Yes FootballAdvisers was sold in Dec 2009. We have no relationship to the previous owners -Moneyline Media.
